OUR COMMUNITY

Keene Mill Oaks is a townhouse community of eighty-eight homes.  We are located in West Springfield (Fairfax County), Virginia - just west of Rolling Road and Old Keene Mill Road.  [Map]  The Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of and elected by homeowners.  The Board has contracted with Summit Management Services, Inc., to provide full-service management support.  The Annual Meeting of the Association is held in June each year and the Board meets monthly on the 4th Wednesday.  The Association is governed by Covenants, By-Laws and Association Rules given to each homeowner at the time of property purchase.  Additional copies are available from Summit Management and are available on this website.
